ABOUT

Gender Equality Specialist and Auditor

Over 16 years of experience in international project management, with a strong commitment to human rights, women’s rights, and the rights of Indigenous Peoples. My experience spans several sectors, including health, education, law, public policy, and the environment, among others.

My professional activities are conducted in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and soon Arabic. One of my key strengths is my ability to manage meetings, conduct desk reviews, facilitate focus groups and workshops, carry out interviews, and perform data collection, analysis, and report drafting simultaneously in those languages. This approach generates significant time and cost savings while maximizing efficiency through multilingual multitasking. In equality-focused work, language plays a key role in how experiences are expressed, understood, and addressed.
